Our artists have set pricing for each service. Gratuity is never expected, but always appreciated! If you’re unsure what to book, we recommend scheduling for a consultation.

Things to know!
A non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of 25% of your service value is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
A valid credit or debit card is required for every appointment, including appointments booked directly through the salon. Your card information may be securely kept on file and used in accordance with our cancellation and service policies. We understand that plans can change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice, as well as no-shows, may result in the full appointment value originally scheduled and charged to the card on file.

We want you to love your hair and have the best possible experience at Hair Full of Secrets. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact the salon within 7 days of your appointment so we can discuss your concerns. When appropriate, a complimentary adjustment may be offered to address the original service. Adjustments are intended to correct or refine the original service and are not considered a refund or an opportunity to change the original service to something different.

We have the right to refuse any client who displays violent, aggressive or disrespectful behavior. We can also refuse to service a client when we believe the expectations can not be reached or negotiated.

All service sales are final. We do not offer refunds for completed services. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to our salon policies.
