How to Book!

Book with us here if you are a returning client, or if you are a new client, follow these steps to get the hair of your dreams!

Find an artist that aligns with what you are looking for. All of their work is linked in their instagrams for you to check out!

All of our artists have set pricing for each service. Gratuity is never expected, but always appreciated! If you’re unsure what to book, we recommend scheduling for a consultation.

Things to know!

Should you need to cancel or change the date of your appointment, there is a request for a minimum of 24 hours notice. A credit card will be required through our online booking system Vagaro. A credit card will be taken at the time of booking. If cancellation of an appointment is less than 24 hours notice, there will be a 50% of service total may be charged up to discretion of service provider based on circumstances. If cancellations become a reoccurrence, we will collect a deposit that will go towards one's next appointment. If appointment is missed without notice, you will be charged 100% of the service.  If there is no card on file or the card on file is incorrect or expired, the amount of the missed appointment will be invoiced to you and balance must be paid in full before another appointment can be scheduled. Please understand that if you are unable to make your appointment time, there are other people who would be willing to take those time slots.

We will charge a late fee of $10 if you are 10 minutes late. Please note that if you are 15 minutes late, that may result in your appointment needing to be rescheduled.

Hair extension service or a large corrective color appointment over four hours will require a 50% deposit to book.

As a safety precaution children under 8 years old are not permitted in the salon if they are not receiving a service. It is preferred to not bring visitors with you to prohibit overcrowding to the stylist focused on delivering the best results.

At HFOS Salon we have the right to refuse any client who displays violent, aggressive or disrespectful behavior. We can also refuse to service a client when we believe the expectations can not be reached or negotiated.

Please understand there are NO REFUNDS. If you are dissatisfied with your service, call the salon within one week for an adjustment. A complimentary adjustment will be considered, based upon the circumstances provided. Our consultations are notated for reference, to avoid any misunderstandings. Results always vary. Our appointments are structured by time slots. Providing additional service beyond the allotted timing for the scheduled appointment means additional costs may apply to our originally listed price. Your service provider will be confirming the price with you before appointments are initiated. You have read and agree to comply with salon policies by opting to use our services.
